Workshop Agenda - This 3 day workshop will provide practical information regarding the designing, measurement, and manufacturing of optical thin films.  Coursework will be presented by Alexander Tikhonravov, Michael Trubetskov, and Jennifer Kruschwitz.  Participants will learn skills necessary to easily reduce coating design sensitivity, evaluate manufacturing errors, calculate coating losses due to scatter and inhomogeneity, understand ellipsometric and spectrophotometric measurement limitations, characterize dielectric and electrochromic thin films, and increase manufacturing yields.
